This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for {{PRODUCT_NAME}} (the "Service").

1. Credits and how charging works

  • Certain tools consume credits. The credit cost is shown before a tool runs.
  • We charge for a tool run only on successful completion. If a run fails on our side, you are not charged (or the credits are returned).
  • Credits are prepaid digital items. They have no cash value and are not transferable.

2. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/UK) — digital content

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and services supplied immediately, this right can be lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate provision of credits and to acknowledge this.

  • Unused credits: if you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request withdrawal within 14 days for a refund of that purchase.
  • Used credits: once you have started using credits from a purchase, that portion is considered supplied and is generally non-refundable, except as required by law or where the Service was faulty.

3. Türkiye (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler)

For consumers in Türkiye, distance-selling rules apply. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with your approval, consistent with the Distance Contracts Regulation. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

4. Faulty service

If a tool produced no output due to a fault on our side and you were charged, or if the Service was materially defective, contact us for a re-run or a credit/ refund of the affected amount. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which we do not exclude.

5. Subscriptions (if offered)

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and included credits follow the rules above.

6. Termination and unused credits

If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the value of unused, paid credits. If your account is terminated for a breach of the Terms or AUP, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

7. How to request a refund

Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} from your account email with your account details and the transaction in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively; the version in effect at your purchase applies to that purchase.
