Vidcapp. Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how HATIL GLOBAL LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.vidcapp.com (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. "Similar technologies" include local storage and similar client-side storage. They can be session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (remain until they expire or are deleted), and first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider).
2. Categories we use

We rely on a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and on a small record of your cookie choice so we do not ask again.
If, and only if, you accept optional cookies, we also set an analytics
cookie for PostHog (ph_*, hosted in the EU). It gives a returning visitor a
consistent pseudonymous id so that page views, clicks and session replays belong
to one visit rather than to nobody in particular. Rejecting optional cookies
stops it, and so does withdrawing consent later; see the
Privacy Policy for what those replays do and do not record.
We set no marketing cookies. We will not set functional, analytics, or marketing cookies without your consent, collected via our cookie banner, as required by the EU/UK ePrivacy rules and KVKK.
3. Third-party cookies
Payment, sign-in, and infrastructure providers may set their own cookies when you use those features. Their use is governed by their own policies. See Subprocessors.
4. Managing cookies
- Use our cookie banner / settings to accept or reject non-essential categories, and to change your choice at any time.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and core features.

We may update this Policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
