This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and governs what you may create, generate, and publish using {{PRODUCT_NAME}} (the "Service"). It protects other users, the platforms you publish to, third-party rights holders, and you. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report unlawful activity.

1. You are responsible for your content

The Service produces AI-assisted outputs from your inputs. You decide what to generate and what to publish, and you are responsible for it. You must review outputs before use and ensure they are lawful, accurate where it matters, and properly licensed.

2. Comply with the platforms you publish to

If you publish to YouTube or any other platform, you must comply with that platform's rules, including YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and monetization/"reused content" and spam policies. In particular, you must:

  • Add genuine value or original commentary — do not mass-produce near-identical, low-effort, or purely templated videos.
  • Disclose AI-generated or synthetic/altered content where the platform or law requires it (e.g. YouTube's altered-content disclosure).
  • Not use the Service to operate deceptive, spammy, or artificially inflated channels.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use the Service to create, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes IP or other rights — copyrighted works, trademarks, or another person's likeness/voice without the necessary rights or license; or that copies or closely paraphrases another creator's specific videos, scripts, or articles.
  • Is illegal or facilitates illegality, including fraud, scams, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Is deceptive or harmful misinformation — impersonation, fabricated quotes or statistics presented as fact, or medical, legal, or financial claims presented as authoritative advice that could cause harm.
  • Claims professional credentials you do not hold — branding a channel or content as coming from a licensed professional (e.g. "Dr.", physician, attorney, certified financial advisor) without holding that license, or publishing health, financial, or legal content while omitting disclaimers the platform or applicable law requires.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors (zero tolerance; we report to authorities), or is non-consensual sexual content.
  • Promotes hate, harassment, or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or incites or threatens violence.
  • Impersonates a real person or organization, including realistic synthetic audio/video ("deepfakes") of identifiable people without their consent, or content designed to defraud or mislead as to its source.
  • Invades privacy — publishing others' personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.
  • Concerns regulated or dangerous activities in a way that provides operational instructions for weapons, explosives, or serious harm.

4. Prohibited technical conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits or access controls of the Service;
  • Circumvent credit metering, resell access, or share one account across many users to evade limits or pricing;
  • Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service;
  • Use automated means to overload the Service or the third-party APIs it relies on;
  • Use the Service in violation of the terms of any integrated third party (e.g. the YouTube API, AI model/voice providers, stock media licenses).

5. Respect third-party asset licenses

Stock footage, music, fonts, and AI voices are provided under third-party licenses. Use them only within those licenses (including any attribution, territory, or usage restrictions). Do not use a synthetic voice to imitate a real, identifiable person without authorization.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature or account suspension, termination, forfeiture of unused credits obtained through abuse, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. We may act immediately for severe violations (e.g. CSAM, credible threats, or serious platform/legal risk).

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or infringement (including copyright/DMCA-style notices) to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with enough detail for us to investigate.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP; the current version governs your use.
